decent apartment
handy kitchen excellent facilities unfitted bedsheets scratchy mattress
the apartment was roomy and well equipped. the kitchen area was handy. excellent facilities were available.
the bed sheets weren't fitted and didn't stay on the bed. we woke up regularly and had to adjust the bedding to pull it back underneath us.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable to sleep everything was good
there were quite a few problems with room keys i returned in the evening and all my key cards weren't working the staff wasn't proactive and kind in this situation and it tarnished my stay

subpar apartment design and service issues
strange layout unhelpful staff
the apartment layout was strange. it felt more like a corridor than a proper apartment with defined rooms. there were no doors separating the living area from the bedrooms, so privacy was limited. i also found the staff unhelpful when i asked to stay an extra hour. they wanted to charge me almost 30 euros.

comfortable apartment beautiful balcony comfortable beds perfect location
the apartment was comfortable with plenty of space for my family. a beautiful balcony overlook provided a relaxing view. the beds offered great comfort. the location provided perfect access to a tram stop as well as nearby parks.

spacious studio modern decor helpful staff unfitted sheets faulty brakes stressful experience
the studio xl was spacious it had modern decor i liked the complimentary drink tokens from reception the staff were cute and helpful i found the room very clean.
the bed sheets did not fit well they kept slipping off during the night i found the bikes were badly maintained some had faulty brakes it was stressful to collect our bikes as they were offered on a first come first serve basis i wasn't told this earlier.

The studio xl was sufficiently sized. the proximity to public transport was convenient. I found the bus stop very close. a halal grocery store nearby was also useful.

big space cozy kitchenette quick transport attentive staff
we rested so peacefully in our studio xl. a big space it was, and that cozy kitchenette let us fix small bites when fancy strikes. transport was so easy to reach, just a quick jaunt away. i felt cared for by the attentive front desk staff, so friendly and helpful.
sound from hallway did drift in sometimes, it wasn't too bad.

there are convenient stores nearby. it allowed for easy procurement of snacks. the kitchenette had all necessary appliances for simple meal preparations, a lovely addition.

the front desk team was very responsive. i made one request for extra pillows. they delivered them promptly and with a caring smile, and i felt very secure.
